Keystone LB-8The Keystone LB-8 was the designation given to the seventeenth LB-7 light bomber after it was given Pratt & Whitney R-1860-3 radial engines. These were geared engines, with a 2:1 ratio, and were more efficient than the direct-drive engines used on the LB-7. The LB-8 was 12mph faster than the LB-7, and had a service ceiling of 16,800ft, over 5,000ft higher than that of the LB-7.
